Eating Close to the Ground at The Splendid Table

I was checking out the redesigned Splendid Table site and liked the featured Eating Close to the Ground page, a collection of vegetarian recipes “to inspire you to eat in a more wholesome and earth-attuned way.” Some examples: Oven-Steamed Herbed Carrot and Leek Chunks; Kashmiri-Style Collard Greens; and Slow-Roasted Bell Pepper with Red Lentils.
